PiktoAI CRM: compatibility and setup guide
Plan a small pilot before moving a calling team to PiktoAI. Confirm device support, business call handling and the connection between the Android app and web CRM.
1. Confirm your devices and calling workflow
Share your phone models, Android versions, SIM configuration and business calling process with the product team. Recording support depends on the device, software and permissions; it is not available on every Android phone.
Agree which calls should be logged or recorded and which users can access them. Check business policies and applicable recording requirements before enabling recording.
2. Confirm access and commercial scope
Use the product page to request app access or a demonstration. Confirm the installation source, account setup, user roles and the current plan or quote with DeepCore.
A useful enquiry includes the number of agents, device list, expected call workflow, lead sources and required integrations. Ask for written confirmation of usage limits, support scope and pricing before rollout.
3. Test calling, synchronization and follow-ups
SIM calls use the carrier network and require coverage and a calling plan. CRM synchronization, cloud contact backup, AI processing and the live web dashboard require internet access.
Run a pilot with representative leads. Check call matching, follow-up assignment, manager access and synchronization after reconnecting. Test transcription and summaries only where a supported recording is available.
4. Check integrations and data handling
List the systems that supply leads and need call outcomes. Confirm the available connector, API or webhook behavior before assuming an integration is ready.
Agree access roles, data retention, export and deletion requirements with the product team. Use sample data during evaluation and confirm the final configuration before moving business records.
